Took my elderly Mum an hour and a half to not get an appointment for my Dad. She then couldn't face going through that process for herself.
Their new system for econsultation is awful. People's health will suffer because they basically haven't got a GP service at the moment.
Plenty of other failings for my parents from this practice. Booked a blood test, it never happened. Requested prescriptions that aren't sent through. Add that to the complete failure to diagnose or treat any health problem I've ever had and I do wonder why we bother paying for a GP service at all.
