Saw some of the earlier reviews about timing, I ordered last night at 18.25, was told it would be ready for collection in 30 mins. Picked up at 18.50, everything was there. Good food, usual takeaway type menu. Crispy Duck was great. Generous portions. Couldn't fault the service.

Surprisingly good Green Thai curry with chicken! Will definitely be ordering from them again. Also would recommend sweet and sour chicken balls, vegetarian spring rolls and banana fritters for desert. Unfortunately, my partner's chow mein was very dry and sad-looking but overall, this was a very good meal.
I have waited 2hour 30min so far. the restaurant line is constantly busy and have refused to give me my money back. this was my favourite chinese I have ordered from them every time. if I dont recieve something complimentary i will NEVER order from this restaurant again. if they had let me know I'd have to wait that long I would have cancelle the order. I waited an extra 30 min before following up. I cant believe they didnt follow up first and let me know. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Food is just about Ok... But be prepared to wait at least an hour longer than they say... Even if you are collecting. Poor customer service when you speak to them as well
