Unfortunately after purchasing a massage chair it broke down after 9 months. Trying to get hold of the company to arrange an engineer to attend and fix is near impossible. I would have given 0 stars if I could have but unfortunately it does not allow me too. After spending this sum of money I would have expected the after sales care to have been better. I'm still awaiting somebody from the company to contact me.

Me and the family love our new massage chair. Has been an amazing buy for us and really made a world of difference for my wife's back ache. after she fell off the horse I felt like their was absolutely nothing that would take her pain away. but this chair alleviates it substantially for her. Thank you

THANK YOU!!! I have suffered with MS for four years (diagnosed), and whenever I feel Fatigued or dizzy I know I can easily have a lie down on the comfiest bed I have ever bought. The Boys that Delivered it were brilliant, even my Dog Sandy liked them (which is a rare occurrence) Thank you, really terrific.

Bought an Oakdale bed at The Bath and West show in summer 2012, about 6 months ago whilst sat up in bed drinking a very hot cup of coffee, there was a loud cracking noise and I was thrown onto my back, spilling hot coffee all over me. On inspection the bracket supporting the rising mechanism and only secured by three very short screws, had sheared off ripping chunks of wood from the frame it was screwed two, the screw heads were on the carpet. To add insult to injury it also cracked the motor housing. Although this still worked it could no longer function. I phoned up and was told the person I needed to speak to was in a meeting and would call me back. Needless to say this didn’t happen and as we were out of the country for a few months, I contacted them recently and was told a new housing for motor was not possible and a new unit would be £150. I explained the bed had a 20 year guarantee and although the motor guarantee had expired it was the framework of the bed which had caused it. They came today and the men said,” we can’t repair this the wood is all ripped out”, so they called the boss who was adamant they had to fix it even though there is not much wood left in the area of damage. I then called him and asked what was the 20 year guarantee was for, and got a garbled explanation saying none of the above applies. The fact that someone could suffer back injuries or scalded like myself, is obviously a safety issue, his attitude stunk. The lads that came were faultless but their hands were tied. This is an expensive outlay and I would not recommend to anyone.

Have to sat big thanks to the boys that delivered my Bed, honestly outstanding, they helped me move me old bed and took it away as well. Have really been looking forward to this delivery. Fred
