Had an absolutely great experience with Go Paddle. We had to rearrange a couple of times but they were excellent in accommodating us. We had a brilliant time and really enjoyed our experience. We received fantastic customer service and would fully recommend.

Booked with Kate and Liz at GoPaddle to use some of their boards and head off down the Norfolk broads. Having rang a couple of other places that were closer to us and none of them answered the phone or got back to me, Go Paddle answered straight away and were great contact. They sent me details on emails and rang to check in on the day. They were helpful, informative and a pleasure to meet. They offered wetsuits although we did have our own but we took life jackets. Despite the weather being drizzly and a bit cold we still went out and Go Paddle were very encouraging, but unfortunately it was chilly so we didnt use our full time and returned to base after a good paddle out. Go paddle were there to meet us when we returned and even returned some of the payment we had made as we didnt use our full time. Cannot fault them at all and if we are lucky enough to get some more time on the broads we will visit again! Thank you!
