What fantastic customer service from start to finish! We had a personal tour of the showroom with the nicest head of sales who was very patient with me being very picky. He gave us excellent advice and showed us all options available without ever being pushy or intrusive. During lockdown when I had some queries the team in the show room were prompt in their attention and the Virtual Tour of the showroom meant I could look again at the pieces we had ordered to double check sizes etc. Ordering our new dining room furniture was seamless, the delivery men were efficient, friendly and even took the wrapping rubbish away with them! I would not hesitate to recommend The Place For Homes, we are so pleased with our purchases and the care the whole team took in making sure we were happy.

Very large selection of sofas and chairs, smaller selection of bedroom furniture. Well laid out and presented throughout. The store is "out in the sticks" and is not particularly easy to find, however it's well worth a visit.

Prolonged wait for furniture and very poor communication. Delivery was very rough and ready, no assembly and no apology for damaging property in the process. Avoid. Having seen the review below - we did express concern when drivers were present.

I found this company via the internet. I was pleasantly surprised when I visited their showrooms. A word for the showroom VAST. There is so much to look at and a huge range of all types/prices of furniture. The gentleman who dealt with us was professional and was receptive to all questions asked. We finally found what we were looking for and without any kind of 'hard sell' our order was taken. All signed, delivery in 2-3 weeks. On arriving home I was to find an anomaly is the receipt. On contacting the company all was immediately resolved. I would recommend anyone who is looking for any type of furniture and other household items to visit the showroom, you'll enjoy the experience.
