Shockingly slow service! The staff are so slow and casual. Expect long queues and waiting time as a result. Takes 5mins+ to process a simple deposit. Don't waste your time, go to another branch, avoid.

An utterly horrifically slow bank. You go in to see the as per usual big queue but only one teller position open. Then are left to roll your eyes due to the tedium of the teller then dealing with all the customers like it is a god-dam care in the community or counselling session. You go in there mearly wanting to do a simple and quick banking transaction and this place just saps you of your will to live. It has got to the point where when we get a cheque at work which is over £500 (and I cannot use the app) I despair at having to attend this awful church of tedium and question what percentage of my life will be frittered away in there that time.

Exceptionaly slow service and then told I couldn't deposit a printed business cheque into my account after the old bag had spent 10 minutes perusing transactions from my business account. Wasted 30 mins of my life, I had to travel to Blackburn where I had no trouble depositing the same cheque. I would avoid this branch and bank at all costs and hopefully redundancy will befall her.
