Brilliantly situated .
Twice I have been in this store staff are rude & disrespectful I will never go here again disgraceful shop as a non driver having to walk to carpark trolley park to get my money back is not on and then in store being told we are not meant to take cash well that’s ok I will take my business elsewhere as I won’t be back in any Asda again tried to get a replacement on cigarettes that I had literally just bought for my friend I got her wrong kind I am a non smoker I was refused this so asked for a refund I was also refused this as thats there policy this was within minute of buying them I’m now over £20 out of pocket and stuck with cigarettes as they were wrong one’s my friend smokes yes I understand that it was my mistake but could have been more helpful in this situation compassion & common sense right out the window not got an ounce of sense between any of you I’m furious and I will be telling all my friends and family to avoid all Asda’s at all costs what I don’t understand is this so called policy on exchanging or returning cigarettes so your money than happy for someone to be all that money out of pocket in these hard times with 3 kids to feed
Great place for quick meals , not a superstore so limited and slightly higher prices for some food, happy lad on tills , should be made store manager as he tries to make every customer feel welcome with a big smile and helpful attitude

it is disappointing that company that claims to help people, is woefully lacking in this store. In the past I have visited Tesco's and the local Aldi.
I suffer from diabetes and unfortunately sometimes need to go to the loo.At this stores, I was in process of buying a present . I had driven two and a half hours, and felt the overwhelming need to go to the loo. The gentlman i asked, flatly responded negatively . I explained the situation, and still the response was no. I explained I was in dire need to the point of wetting myself. The shop operatives response was not my problem.
I have in been in similiar situation with your competitors, and I was shown great courtesy and escorted to the loos.
Shame your staff are not able to show compassion
