Where do I begin, I've had issues with Barclays'Live Chat' via the mobile banking as they've provided me with incorrect information on several occasions o we the past two months. I've then visited a branch in the West Midlands this week for support that I won't name and had a shocking interaction with them (can't even say service as it felt like they just wanted to get me out so they could work through the queue and deal with the quicker/easier queries). Luckily the team in the Barry branch have restored my faith in Barclays! Everyone was friendly, empathetic and listened to me which goes a long way. I can't recommend this team enough, from the two ladies that helped resolve my issue to the other two members of the team that I had small interactions with. They were all fantastic and not only with me but with the other customers I observed them interacting with too. Even though they experienced issues with their systems they kept me informed and kept checking in with me which prevented any long periods of arkward silence. Thank you Barry branch!

Pathetic and useless service. Extremely rude. Not helpful. Ignorant. And seem to be able to get away with things on there own terms. Never banking with them again. So glad I got out when I did otherwise I would be skint as they closed my account with out notice and froze my money W. T. F
