2 visits in the space if a week and both times given completley the wrong order with wrong drinks. Got home today to discover bacon muffin instead of sausage muffin, 2 coffees instead of a hot chocolate, missing hash brown. Absolute incompetence at a different level. Previous visit given a big Mac instead of a fillet of fish and a full sugar coke when ordered a zero. Both times I called to complain and both times the phone goes unanswered. Shocking service, considering the additional waiting times you would think they have enough time to get the order correct.

Usually when I come in here the staff are really friendly and there’s quick service. As someone who works in hospitality, I understand how some customers can be frustrating. Some people have no manners, don’t please or thank you, and when it’s busy it’s hard to stay polite. Today, I came in to order a meal. There was maybe one person came in front of me in the queue and there’s 1 person waiting in the store so it was fairly quiet. I walked in with girlfriend who was not wearing a mask. She was rudely snapped at to wear a mask which she politely replied that she didn’t have one. Instead of saying ‘sorry but you have to a mask in store, sorry about that’ she said ‘it’s required’ in a monotone voice and pointed to the door. After this I tried to walk to the counter as I wanted to pay in cash. The same woman snapped at me ‘you have to pay using the machine’. So I said that I was paying in cash and she said ‘it doesn’t matter, use this’ in a sarcastic tone. I expect this from staff in London but not a polite town like Welwyn Garden City. I understand that there are new rules set out by the government but there is a polite way of saying this. What’s more shocking to me is that this woman seemed to be one of the managers. Please think about the way you speak to people.

Always check your order before you leave, if taking away. Simplest of orders got wrong. It's funny how you never get an extra item, instead of always one missing. Rude female manager. Who also belittles her staff in front of a lot of customers.
