I always find the receptionists helpful. The GPS have called me back and I’ve been very satisfied with the outcome. In particular I recently needed a specific treatment and was offered it immediately. I can only thank the team in general but Dr Sidaway in particular. Excellent service. Thank you

Unhelpful surly rude and uncooperative. I deal with these doctors for my brother i think the receptionists go on special courses to be as unhelpful as possible. My brother is set in his ways and won't move doctors . Id sooner go anywhere than here. The worst doctors ive ever come across.

Terrible service. Impossible to get into contact with a doctor. Every time you try and ring them to get in touch, you just get a "all our lines are busy, please call back later" message. The one time I finally managed to get through to a receptionist, I was told there were no appointments left for the day (bearing in mind this was at 2pm) and that I would have to ring again the next day at 8.30am since they don't allow you to book appointments in advance, only on-the-day.

They seem to think they can diagnose acne through a telephone, best i have been offered is a 5 min video call...i don't think it takes many brain cells to realise a video call compared to in person is ten times worse...you're looking at skin conditions through a camera that quality can differ especially using wifi and all sorts of factors and just using a camera in general can make your spots look better due to lighting etc than in person...been denied to see a specialist 3 times even though i have been on 5 antibiotic courses and over 6 creams and still have acne after 6 years and im looked at as if im mad and oh its just simple and not even that bad...most useless GPs at this surgery...pretty sure they couldn't figure out a patient needs paracetamol unless told by someone else, pretty much people if you have acne and want it gone don't waste your time coming here, all they did was wreck my body with antibiotic after antibiotic sometimes without even a 3 month break in between, think switching from this surgery will be the best thing i ever do.

This practice doesn't function. Communication is not possible and they seem to stumble from one mistake to another. Very poor supervision and management. A distressing patient experience.
