have been trying for an hour to report fraud and am still waiting to be put through!!!so much for customer service finally got put through to report a call it took a few minutes to explain but trying was hard work it was finally confirmed a fraud. Very dissatisfied customer waited on a0345 number on mobile when i get the bill i will send to barclays

It would be extremely helpful if you could contact your local branch directly instead of trawling through endless and pointless automated phone systems

Went into get a print out of statement. The machine for this was broken and the clerk told me I had to wait 7 days for ordering one to be sent out

Disappointing that the bank doesn’t open until 10am on a Wednesday and 9.30am on other days. As other branches are closing left right and centre in the local area, Caerphilly needs to step up the mark and be there for it’s business and private customers.

Customer service not existent, big queue and staff had no urgency to speed things up. One trying to sell add on products for ages even though queue was increasing
