We found buying our 3 piece suite a very good experience. Were left to browse without being hounded. A sales assistant just asked if we needed any help. When we had been right around the store we asked for some help and advice. She was most informative and took us through our purchase easily. Very impressed and would return
Went there to buy a sofa yesterday. Knew the one I wanted. But wanted a final look around. Sales person wouldn't leave me alone. Ended up walking out without buying anything. Found the whole experience very unpleasant
It was pouring down with rain on Friday 2nd of October they were really helpful never moaned about the rain just got on with the job thank you very much much appreciated
Staff were very polite and friendly, there was no pressure to buy, they were happy to spend as much time as we needed discussing our various options. They were also very careful of our safety, with a one way system in the store and social distancing fully observed. The range and quality of sofas was very impressive.
Cannot fault ScS the prices were very good, the service in the Leckwith store was excellent. The delivery of the goods again excellent, we were well informed of the delivery time. All in all a great experience.
