Went to the Cardiff branch and was attended to very well buy pleasant helpful lady who was not pushy at all. She gave us good information and left us to make our minds up. We bought a bed that cost a lot less than we had expected to pay. We were given a delivery date and three days before the date we had a call from them confirming the date. The bed was delivered, everything was fine with it and we are very satisfied.

Really a pity but they display delivery WITHIN 2-6 working days on the product I ordered and I then paid additionally for express delivery on top of that... it has now been 9 working days and still no delivery in sight... I've contacted their customer support twice who can't tell me when the order will be delivered but "should" be delivered soon. "Should" doesn't help when they've committed to a delivery period and I've paid for this to be expedited. They've left me stranded as I needed the bed by a specific date, so the service is sadly unreliable and take no responsibility for the delay.

Ordered on line. Delivered a week later. Excellent quality single mattress and divan base. Can't go wrong for 300 quid. Would definitely recommend them

BE WARNED.........DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS USELESS COMPANY ! Not only do they not turn up on the day to deliver they say they will, they keep you waiting for weeks for your order, when you ring to complain they don’t answer, but they do answer emails days after. I WOULD NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN ! They are completely useless in every way. And when you ask for your money back they just say but it’s being delivered today ! NOTHING BUT LIES FROM THIS COMPANY, I WILL BE REPORTING TO TRADING STANDARDS FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, PLEASE DON’T PURCHASE FROM THEM, YOU’LL GET NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE FROM THEM !

I just received my delivery. The head board is so old that dusty smells come from the packing. I just moved to new house n my whole house smells dusty n get allergy. No idea how old the headboard is ! It’s such a shame .
