Leather Sofa Company Ltd

Been back & forth for the past few weeks & each time Phil has been fantastic so helpful & ever so patient with us, today we ordered our suite and from start to finish the service we received was brilliant! Well done Phil keep up the good work

I ordered a sofa from them with the addition of £50 delivery and disposal of my old sofa but not the chair! They delivered the the sofa whilst I was in work and my girlfriends was home alone. Upon delivery they took my sofa and chair, even though it stated on the paperwork that it was only the sofa that was to be taken. When my girlfriend pointed this out they said it was all part of the deal because they were going to resell my sofa and chair! He then was very rude and intimidated my girlfriend so she called me to ask what todo. So I then called the store and spoke to the guy who runs the store. He then went on to say that it was all included and that it was on my paperwork. I then told him to re check the said paperwork as this was not true. He then went on to ask my details, so he hadn’t even read my paperwork and was just trying to fob me off. So then he went on to arginine with me and put the phone down On me! When he then did check the paper work and had accepted the fact that they had come into my house and basically STOLEN my arm chair he then said that I was wasting time in speaking to him and that they weren’t going to bring my chair back if they had left my house already (even though they had stolen it). After me getting very irate he then agreed to call the delivery drivers and ask them to take it back. The delivery driver then banged my door and told my girlfriend that he was to put the chair back and dumped it and left without any apology or reason for doing so! Very unprofessional and pathetic men that think they can get away with intimidating women.
