I have an Account and regularly shop here for my restaurant. Never had any problems before until last week. I have purchased a stick blender on February the 16th & went back on the 20th saying it is wrong size would like to swop with a smaller size only 3 days after purchasing. But very disappointed with customer service that it can not be taken back as it is used. Which was not used, it was open but not used. Very disappointing, would never go back

Really helpful member of staff, very patient with my hunt for a piece of equipment I could convert into a juice tray for my cider press. Thank you! Drilling a hole in a beautiful paella pan did feel wrong!
