Best doctor surgery in Stroud for me. They've helped me out from illnesses to mental health and I'm so grateful for the friendly reception staff and all the nurses and doctors on site. Very good with calling you back if you ask the reception staff to ask a doctor to call you back and explain your symptoms to them.....usually will contact you within 2hrs. Very helpful service to know during this crisis at the moment, especially for minor illnesses.
Staff are always pleasant and helpful and you can always get an appointment the same day if really needed. Car park does get crowded but it’s like that in most places these days. Excellent doctors.
I have had loads of help over the years but for the past few years have been under the care of Dr Hannah Deakin.
She is one special lady and if it wasn't for her this week I wouldn't be here.... Thankyou from the bottom of my heart x
