Stroud Foot Clinic

I’d struggled with pain under the ball of my foot and along my instep for almost a year, and having come to the conclusion that it wasn’t caused by pregnancy, decided to contact the Stroud Foot Clinic for help. The pain had become a daily nuisance and was preventing me from enjoying exercise, and even just walking. As I contacted the clinic during lockdown, I wasn’t sure how much help I would be able to receive but straight away during a Zoom consultation, Geoff was able to give some brilliant advice and suggestions. I was given exercises and insole inserts to help determine the cause of the pain, and was eventually referred to Victoria to review my full body movement. Victoria was also brilliant from day one. By this time I was able to come in to the clinic, and straight away I felt she understood where the problem was rooted and how we would go about resolving it. After only a few sessions, I understood how the pain had started, what needed to change, and how I needed to do it. With the help of orthotics and exercise, my pain had disappeared by the time I went for my final session with Victoria. I'm overjoyed to finally be pain-free, having previously resigned myself to having a permanent problem. From the very beginning, Geoff reassured me that they could help rid me of the pain, and I’m so pleased that they did. During my visits to the clinic, social distancing measures were taken very seriously and I felt safe at all times. Thank you to everyone at Stroud Foot Clinic. I would certainly recommend you!

I honestly can’t thank Geoff enough for his help with my feet. In just under a month I have gone from barely being able to walk to walking with just a small amount of discomfort. The insoles he made are bespoke and they have helped me no end. The amazing foot manipulation he applies is worth every penny. Thank you again

I went to see Geoff Boldero in late 2018 with harsh pain in my foot (8-9/10 on a pain scale) whilst running (at this point it stopped me running over a mile). I then went to see Geoff, and through Geoff assessing the problem and then us trying a few different orthotic options, we found a solution that has dramatically decreased the pain in my foot and also hips. I now can run 10 miles with little pain (1-2/10 on a pain scale on occasions) in my foot, which I think is probably quite standard when doing longer distances. I went back today to get some more orthotics as I bought some new shoes and the service was brilliant again. Geoff is very professional, honest and knowledgeable and has great patience and understanding when it comes to any issues you have or any questions you ask. I highly recommend Geoff from my experiences I have had with him.
