Absolutely love my one to one yoga with Liz. My GP recommended I tried Yoga for anxiety, stress and joint mobility as I have Lupus. A friend recommended taking a look at Liz’s page, I contacted Liz and I’m a few months in to my yoga journey, I only wish i had tried it years ago. I was always put off with the thought you had to be super fit and flexible for yoga I was wrong that’s what you’re trying to achieve !!! Liz has been where I’ve been so it’s lovely when somebody understands she tailors sessions around you’re own strengths and problem areas, she is caring compassionate and I honestly look forward to my midweek lesson, give it a go !!! Thanks Liz 😘

Wonderful first lesson back with Liz the 2-2-1 session was amazing. Lovely warm, cosy and relaxing studio. Liz really takes the time to teach you and is friendly and patient. Excited for next weeks lesson. Thank you so much Liz :)

I had the privilege of training with Liz for our yoga teacher qualification. Her own experience and personal journey with weight loss and health conditions is inspiring and her passion for yoga really shines through when she teaches her sessions. Her relaxation sessions are out of this world and I learnt a lot from Liz whilst doing our training in her manner and teaching techniques are so genuine. she really is a wonderful teacher as well as a beautiful character inside and out 🙏🧘‍♀️

During her 1 to 1 sessions Liz can switch a lesson to your immediate needs. If I am aching due to a long cycle Liz then stretches me to aid recovery. One time when I felt really low to switched to a feel good factor class. I Always feel well and rejuvenated after a class.

Liz gave me a private yoga session this morning to help me de-stress. Yoga isn't really my thing, I would rather be beasted for an hour and crawl out of the gym, but Liz assured me we would do a version tailored to work me in a way that takes into account and compliments the type of training I already do and enjoy (heavy, long weight sessions are my joy) whilst also helping me relax, stretch and re-learn how to breath! Would highly recommend it with Liz as she was awesome. Fab session tailored to the sort of thing I would enjoy and that would push me. Anyone fancying a go in private gove her a shout as she is really great, focuses on what you want ro work on, ide tories areas you need help in and does it all in a really lovely and caring way. Loz knows about my many injuries and was able to give me exercises to help with them specifically which I will definitely use moving forward. Do t think about it, do it! You won't regret it.
