I visited the distillery in October. I was very impressed with the quality of the services, in both shop and restaurant. The staff was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable; they helped me with all the information I needed when purchasing whisky. For a few moments, I was brought back into the "normality" we had a few months ago. I had a tour of the distilleries in the area and this was one of the best I have ever seen. Also I received prompt response and support when ordering products on line on their website.

booked in for the bar and had a lovely time sampling whiskies, as there weren't many people in the bartender was able to give us a lot of information on the whisky we were drinking and almost turned it into a mini tasting experience. Gift shop had a few options in it but unfortunately no more Red Wine Cask!

The most iconic distillery in the world with the most famous single malt whiskey that you can find all around the world, the place is amazing with the tour in all the areas of the distillery, you can understand everything from production to the bottles and tastes of their variety, if you love single malt this is a must visit place for you

We had such a great time at the Whisky Lounge, Sarah and Chris were fantastic! The roaring fire and lavish interior really add to the tasting experience, tried 5 whiskies and loved the ‘Innovation’ collection. It’s great to see the distillery still offering great activities for tourists considering COVID-19 restrictions. Would definitely recommend!

Very informative and intimate tour around the distillery. Great history and insight into the production process. A must for any whisky lover
