If you want live crab and good fish, this is a good place. Otherwise it is pretty average. The usual frozen stuff, sauces, and cookies etc.

Cant communicate with staff most of them don't speak English. The receipt is written In chinese words that's why you don't understand what they charge you. Don't recommend this supermarket.

First visit, not impressed at all hard to see the price labels, staff not very helpful and pricey. Penarth rd Chinese shop far better, wished I'd gone the extra distance.

You can find most Asian foods you want. The prices are average, but the service and attitude of some of the cashiers leave a lot to be desired. One of the cashiers was Extremely rude. However the last time we visited there was a man serving and he was very nice. Hope he is there the next time we go.

As part of the Chinese community who regularly shops for chinese groceries this has to be by far the worst ever Chinese grocery shop in Cardiff maybe Wales!! This is not a one shop experience review however over a period of at least a year I have come to see what true poor customer service, rude ownership (Tina) and persistently being ripped off is like. I have been getting deliveries from this shop for the last year and each and every time I have felt this is the last time since each and every experience with this shop has left me annoyed and angry. From occasions where I have ordered food or groceries at 13.00 only to have it delivered at 19.00 with no explanation or apology and when calling the owner to find out told to just wait and being hung up. Being lied to when asking for specific food items and told they have it only to be delivered the complete wrong item. Being overcharged consistently for items I never ordered and when asking for the money back told I’m not entitled. The last straw was ordering a whole box of fresh prawns only to be delivered frozen rotten prawns!!! Now I understand this is a specialist market and a lot of the items are not available at the larger chain shops however common decency and treating your customers right should be paramount throughout any shop. I would absolutely never recommend this place even to someone you hate cause nobody deserves to be treated like a Dragon Supermarket customer!!! Stay away!!!
