Great store and nice staff which are always there and available. However the VIP club card is a waste of time , after a couple of years of using it the offers at a waste of time and never seems to be useful for my pets. They provide money off but you have to spend more than normal which is wrong, the system fails to provide good offers for the goods you repeatedly buy every week or each month I feel like giving my voucher to a friend to use.

Really helpful and knowledgeable about fish...and were very understanding when we brought back the fish, dead. We now pick their brains, but buy the fish elsewhere.

Poor customer service,paid to have a delivery on a nominated day never turned up ended up collecting from the store
