My son was accused of stealing because he had bottle of water in his pocket. He popped in to buy a sandwich on his way to work. He was actually made to pay for the water, although he had brought the bottle (which was pre-used) from home. No explanations were satisfactory for the (so called) management. Later on they checked the security camera and had to admit their accusations had been made on false pretences, based on stereotypes: a young adult male wearing a hoodie. I am never going to set foot in this shop and I strongly advise other customers to do the same. Official complaint in process.
Great Friendly Service with Security On The Door I Feel Safe!!
Whats going on in this store, no mask wearing and no social distancing. I was in this store and most people did not bother with one. No wonder leicester still on lockdown... joke and selfish.
