Its a very useful store. Open 24hrs a day, lots of deals, and lots of sales. They have a little bit of everything.
I love how they have diapers in the baby changing bathroom that are free to use for those in need of them.
I dislike their self check out systems. They are not as convenient as they appear. Lots of errors to the point you need assistance. And late at night you may be waiting a few minutes to get someone over to assist.
Went here after checking online if it was open which it said it was but at arrival at the door it was closed only staff inside. I needed to get something very important and had nowhere else to go as the local garage did not have what I needed. If it's not open that's fine but don't have open for people to see and relay on ! Usually my go to place .
I've been a shopper at asda since the 80s so they must be doing something correct or you'd just stop going..
I went green, Asda green! THE STAFF ARE INCREDIBLE! THEY ARE THE BEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD! THANK YOU ASDA!
ASDA Ayr, a good few of the Staff need a course in "Customer Service". I visit this shop unfortunately 2/3 times a week for convenience. Till Operators and Fresh produce staff are always extremely nice (hence two stars), however most of the long standing staff at the Pizza and Chicken counter are rude (except one young girl). One verbally saying they didn't want to be there! Extremely selfish when so many people within the Retail Industry are struggling and loosing jobs. I visit the Girvan ASDA occasionally and this shop is extremely busy, but every member of staff I come across are extremely hard working and helpful. Ayr could do with taking a leaf out of Girvans book!
