Receptionists are an absolute shambles, would rather make your life hell than let you speak to your OWN doctor.
Amazing doctors and nurses. Unfortunately massively let down by the receptionists. Very rude.
Receptionists think they can diagnose you over the phone and speak to you like you're a nuisance.
The doctors at the surgery are lovely and very helpful however their entire receptionist team are vile! Their behaviour towards patients both at the surgery and over there phone is disgusting! They need a few lessons on how to be a helpful & polite receptionist as none of them currently have it!
Saddened to leave such a brilliant medical team due to moving outwith practice area.
Expertise, support and kindness shown by GP's and all other staff teams to me has been excellent over many years.
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart . My new practice has big shoes to fill !
