We are delighted that we choose our son's bed at the Dreams Store, Ayr. Kieran and the female member of staff working when we went in were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They didn't hassle us for a sale and make us feel uncomfortable like their near-by competitor did. The products on the shop floor were varied and well priced. The turnaround time for delivery was also impressive given the current situation. We would definitely return to this store.

The women working in the store was outstanding. Very informative and just a pleasure to talk with. Ended up walking away with 2 pillows and we'll be back for our bed and mattress once we have our measurements.

Had a good experience at this store,the sleep match was just the ticket in ensuring we got the right mattress. Would recommend this to anybody looking for a new bed,salesman Andy was also friendly and helpful

Went in to have a look and came away purchasing a king size bed, mattress and the cover for both products! Amazing service.
