Good gym with friendly staff. Equipment level is pretty good although a bit constrained at the minute due to social distancing needs. Personal training and help are available.
The pool is pretty good but sauna and steam room are not currently in use due to covid restrictions.
Great fitness and health club. Excellent for all fitness levels with classes suitable for all. Friendly and welcoming environment with a lovely cafe area. Superb facilities.
Staff cleaning is brilliant friendly atmosphere manager out on floor greets customers also being seen cleaning with staff Ayr is a good advert of all staff being one set of workers.
Its spotless friendly and best gym in Ayrshire
Such an amazing place! Staff are really helpful and friendly and are full of knowledge and advice on training and nutrition. Would recommend going down and seeing for yourself!
