So they guy who took our order and made the pizza on new years eve was 10/10 awesome! Very patient, knowledgeable, and eager to help us get the best deal possible!
The low rating is due to the fact they don't have sausage as a topping, the amount of grease under the pizza, and that there is no marinara dipping sauce. Which is out of this employee's control.
Will definitely be back due to the employee but I might try something else besides what I got.
The service was excellent the staff were very helpful and informative. The food was prepared faster than expected and out of what I ordered i expected the pizza to be of better quality. For a first visit to a pizza hut it will be the last.
Great tasting pizza, very filling! Sensible covid measures in place, must book ahead. Food all ordered via app which was a bit daunting when ordering for a group. The app is fairly easy to navigate, and staff very helpful and happy to help.
Poor show all round! Purposely gave me the wrong order - he told me what he had in his hand, I told him that wasnt my order, he then changed his mind and said it was what I ordered? I drove 14 miles home and infact it wasnt my order!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
If it wasnt for the polite young lady that greeted me on arrival I wouldnt even give one star.
After having great service a few weeks ago, couldnt fault it but our visit last night was appalling, actually NO customer service at all, no one came to take our order, no one came to see if we wanted any more drinks etc but tables next to us got service and there was nothing left on menu. Food wasnt cooked properly, pizza base and fries were very soft!Really dont think we will be back!
