Andrea and Nick were extremely hospitable and helpful. The room is surprisingly spacious, cosy and stilish comparing to other hotels. We had a great time here and will definitely come back.
We went in for breakfast this morning and we ate out in the garden. Lovely seating area and staff couldn't be more accommodating and friendly. The full English Breakfast was very tasty and the coffee and orange juice was always on supply for refills. Hidde gem really.
Perhaps we caught them at a bad time, but I ordered a starter of pâté and a main course of fish and chips, unfortunately everything came from a packet, the pate was bland supermarket fare, frozen chips, and a laughably poor portion of frozen battered fish directly from the supermarket budget range. The preparation was just plain lazy, We cancelled our deserts as we just couldn’t face anymore disappointment . I was looking forward to trying this place, but, sadly won’t be returning
