Werrington Pizza and Grill

I made an order at 18:11pm for my food to turn up at 19:15. Not a problem as it was a busy time, unfortunately the order was missing a donner kebab. I rang and the manager answered. I explained that the order was wrong, he went on to tell me that I needed to have patience. I explained that I'd waited 1 hour and 10 minutes and expected my order to turn up together. He went on to tell me that if I wanted it to be correct I should go somewhere closer to my address. Gutted as I've been here before with no problems. Its 20:55pm and still no replacement kebab.

Ordered 7.30 still waiting 20 to 10 cancelled order sick of waiting used them for years but no longer not impressed.now Saturday night getting my money back is taking as long as it would of been delivered. NOW THURSDAY NIGHT AND NO REFUND £30 NOT REFUNDED HOPE THEY LOSE A LOT OF BUSINESS.

Stale pitta bread. Food semi warm. I won't be ordering from here again.

The staff are rude and shouldn’t be given the time of day. I Used the app to order a family meal but the app kept showing a fault, prompting me to phone. With this I called to enquire but the person who picked up was the most rude person I have ever met. I told him that the app wouldn’t work and he said there had been an earlier fault but the order would now go through, I then prompted that I had only recently tried this several times and it failed, so questioned how it would make a difference? The same rude guy said he hadn’t got time to discuss my problem and suggested I go elsewhere. I then asked to speak to his manager but he said he wasn’t back for an hour and this guy slammed the phone down. To say I was taken aback is an understatement, we have used these as our only kebab shop for 5+ years. Because of the service I decided to call back and cancel the order... I was clearly answered by the same guy who was this time claiming to be the manager ( who previously wasn’t available), he played ignorant and pretended to deny all knowledge. In brief, the food is good but the service is disgraceful and the staff are rude. Stay away unless you want abusing

Never ordered from this takeaway and never will, A takeaway was mistakenly ordered to my address which we presumed was for a family member , after discovering it was not we left it by the door for either the person who the takeaway was for to come and collect it or the driver to return . With no receipt or any sign where the takeaway was from we could not contact anybody . After about 30 minutes the person who had placed the order who was 8 houses away came to collect it , we apologised for the inconvenience and brushed it off . About 1 hour later , 2 men appeared at our front door saying that they will need the takeaway back , to which we told them that the customer had already collected it . After clearly not understanding what we were saying the takeaway driver proceeded to insult me and my partner calling us all names under the sun and demanding that we pay for the takeaway .I once again proceeded to tell him that the person who had placed the order had already collected it , to which he accused us of eating it and lying . After the 4th time repeating once again that he had been mistaken he decided it would be a smart idea to aggressively kick my front door as hard as he could and walked off insulting us with the other man . After failing to see the license plate we rangy mother and explained the situation and told her we were going to find someone with cameras to get the license plate of the car , then , the man and woman who had actually placed the order walked to us from her house after seeing the takeaway driver aggressively drive to our house , she proceeded to tell us that she had in fact told the 2 men that they had been to our house to collect the order.
