Shame the new people can not give the same service as the last owners :-( service is appalling haven't even got to the stage of trying the food yet as one order they just didn't have the food and the next order they said they didn't even get even though we have a confirmation - still refused to do the food what astonishing service when taking over a business. After using for around 2 years, sadly we shall no longer be using Ginos! and definitely will NOT recommend.

Placed an order online that was accepted only to be told an hour later when I called them that the order hadn't come through. The person I spoke to wasn't helpful or polite in any way. I won't be ordering from them again! The previous owner was fantastic and went out of his way shame the new owner isn't the same

The gentlemen that work here were so lovely, so friendly and chatty! They kindly gave us a free garlic pizza, and large chips instead of small at no extra charge. Great food, thoroughly enjoyed the food and service!

Always make a lovely pizza and food at a good price, however over the last few months the delivery times are getting longer and longer their ads always say about 45mins but its been taking over TWO HOURS for them to deliver my orders. And the other day it took just under FOUR HOURS.

Spent loads of money here in the past, last time I waste my money. Pizzas an absolute joke, hardly any topping or cheese on.. Rung and was told 'Never had a problem before' they did replace it but had to wait again and was a massive difference, but why did I have to ring to complain for them to make it correctly!!! Was gonna give 1 * but they did replace it.
