They have always offered a fantastic service and easily accessible.
Awful service. Don’t seem to know what they are talking about. Aren’t clear what they are testing for etc. Don’t stick to appointment times ring hours after the original appointment time with no apology...if I could register elsewhere I would but unfortunately I’m only in the catchment for here. No social distancing in the practice either to help prevent the spread of the virus.

But this afternoon I had cause to need an urgent appointment with a doctor for my very poorly husband. He was put on a triaged list where a doctor telephoned him assessed him over the phone and offered him an appointment this afternoon. The doctor needed to call the paramedics for my husband and he was taken to hospital. Excellent doctor who was friendly kind and caring to us both. A BIG Thank you.
A very friendly and helpful female Doctor I saw. I managed to get an urgent appointment next day ( cancellation). Took her time with me. Always manage to get through on the phone. I believe there are two female Doctors here both really good and nice. I like that you check in on screen but some hand gel should be next to it to avoid germs spreading further. Overall happy with the service here. The nurse was very nice too when I saw her .
