The service I received this morning was excellent,I couldn't fault them,very professional ,gave me a appointment straight away,very friendly helpful staff . definitely recommend.
Great service . Booked as I could not get an appointment with Boots and I had an eye problem. The shop was busy but staff friendly and efficient. The optician I had was professional and did not put pressure on me to buy new glasses which was a great improvement on other opticians I had visited.
Quickly and efficiently. The only thing missing was coffee and cookies 😂 but it's really a trifle ... I recommend it to everyone.
I had a very thorough eye exam and then I was suggested a size of glasses that would match my face. I found two cute pairs that were fitted on me on the day. I did not know that this was possible. I have been wearing glasses for the last 30 years and noone fitted the glasses on me. I was also asked to pick them from the store for the reason that I have a high prescription (the world is a blurry mess) so they were fitted again.
Great Service glasses broken arm dislodge went in very lovely gentleman
looked at it and said it was the manufacturers fault and replaced frames for free,he even recognised me from last year fantastic customer service from this gentleman didn't get his name time i went in was around 9.50am on the 12th Nov 2020
