Today I went into the surgery thinking i had an appointment and realised i had made a mistake beacause it was next week and i was speaking to one of the new members at the reception and can i just say how lovely and generous them two girls were (i think they're apprentices but not sure). They were so calm and understanding which made my day! Well done for the lovely choice in staff. Great staff!
Don't bother wasting your time, absolutely useless. Just call 111.
Waiting times are poor and I am really annoyed that I now have to disclose my medical issues to the receptionist to be able to get an appointment. Disgusting.
I'm really disappointed in the quality of care given by this surgery. The reception staff and the phlebotomist are great but it seems like most of the doctors (apart from Dr. Clayton, who is wonderful) truly do not care about their patients.
A good doctors with helpful staff, I've always been able to get a quick appointment when needed and the doctor call back service is excellent when you don't need an appointment saving everyone time.
