I cannot recommend Dave at Peaceways enough. From the first phone call on Monday that ended with me having to hang up due to crying to collecting our bearded dragon Dave has been nothing but kind, caring, understanding and professional. He has definitely made this sad time a lot easier. We had options explained to us in detail, we chose a private cremation. Dave called on the Tuesday to confirm the cremation had gone well, again on the Wednesday to let us no his personalised box had arrived and to arrange collection. Meeting Dave in the parking area to collect rather than going back in to the office made it a lot less emotional as well. We will be returning here for all of our pets and can only hope Dave is available. All of this was done adhering Covid-19 regulations, there is hand gel available and Dave wears a mask when inside the office. Thank you again Dave and we look forward to seeing you hopefully in the not so near future 🌈💚

My daughter's cat passed away last July, and I would recommend to anyone that has lost a beloved pet to take them here as their handling and how they took my daughter's feelings into consideration were second to none. Real compassion.

Absolutely fantastic service. They helped so much when little Trixie passed away and Sue was so helpful. They handle it really sensitively and the place is exquisite - a beautiful little rose garden and chapel. I cannot thank Peaceways enough. Thank you!

Jeff has taken care of all of our losses over the years and we shall always entrust him in the future. Peaceways is a pleasant Pet Crematorium edged by woodland and rose gardens. Without hesitation, we would recommend Jeff's services. He's always very professional, kind and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. We have always opted for single cremations for each dog. The ashes are quickly returned. In times of sadness, it's reassuring to know that we can call upon Jeff to take care of our loved ones.
