Had blood test with Claire today she is totally brilliant getting my hard to draw out blood. The surgery is clean & well run under covid system thank you to all staff there
Receptionist I spoke to today was rude and unhelpful. If patients treated her the same way she would complain. The doctors are very helpful though, but it does depend who you have to go through to get to see one.
Been getting lot off pain and been calling the gp on a weekly basis and they say they can not do anything have to wait until the referral team to contact me witch could take up to 6 months now I have to suffer in pain
I visited here recently and found the staff very helpful. Had to wait a few days for an appointment but no problems. Dr was very professional and kind. Doing a good job in view of the current climate and difficulties the NHS faces. Thank you.
Since joining this surgery 12 years ago, we have had nothing but professional and caring treatment from receptionists, nurses and doctors. I would recommend them to anyone. They face difficulty with never ending changes and budget restrictions within the NHS. Thank you Ball Tree Surgery....keep up the magnificent work x
