Mark was extremely helpful and patient when I visited Bensons in Llandudno. The shop was beautifully presented with some stunning offers. Mark secured me a good deal on the three beds I bought. Due to covid the delivery is rather long but I'm looking forward to my beautiful bed arriving.

Really impressed when we went for a scouting mission to Bensons for Beds in Llandudno. Jamie was really knowledgable about all the beds and mattresses, and even though we didn't buy direct from the Llandudno store, it was Jamie's professionalism and insight that made us purchase a bed from Bensons for Beds in Manchester (where we live). There wasn't a question he couldn't answer and everything was spot on. Cheers for all your help Jamie!

We are still awaiting to hear from customer support after s many fone calls

because an advisor claims that my mattress defects which are different by the way are accidental damage, but it has never moved from where it was delivered to and has only been slept in, so i will now seek further legal advice as it has not had an accident
