Fantastic experience today at the Llandudno store, staff attentive and helpful, very smooth purchase and a pleasure to deal with. Top marks.
Great service from the staff, helped me to work out the most cost effective cut for the vinyl ordered. Order arrived in a week and was notified via telephone call. Staff re-rolled the vinyl so the vinyl roll can be loaded into my car. I had help with the loading of the vinyl without being asked. Thank you to the staff at Carpetright Llandudno.
Carpetright are only as good as their product and fitters. I cant attest to the fitters, but the stores and products are more reasonable than ever. Carpets are not as fashionable as they used to be since the laminate flooring revolution. This store fortunately has a good range of all types of floor coverings. Visit them before any other decor decisions and you wont regret it. I only gave a 3 star instead of 4 as I felt the styles of carpets were on the whole boring.
Good selection of floor covering. No one hassled us. Just asked if we needed help.
