I have just put Petrol In my diesel car I have been out side stuck in the cold waiting for recovery, the lovley Lady nickie made me coffee to keep me warm and offered to stand in the petrol station to keep warm. Staff like this at BP need to be looked after I really hope this lady gets rewarded. Thank you BP

My daughter and her friend who are students nearby visited this store last week Thursday 23rd January 2020 between 12 and 1pm and wont be going back. While there they witnessed disgraceful behaviour by the so called manager. We believe her name is Anna. She treated my daughter, her friend and the member of staff at the till, who was only trying help my daughter in a disgusting and unprofessional manner. How she became a manager I'm not sure. My daughter tried to use her contactless card via phone to buy lunch. It was accepted on our end or so it seemed as the green tick indicating a successful payment was displayed. Apparently the payment got declined from the stores end, so my daughter asked the cashier to try again but was worried about being charged again. They tried again and then the same happened again. As my daughter thought the payment went through she asked the cashier for the receipts just in case their were any discrepancies. The cashier kindly offered to photocopy the reciepts for Them. But the manager then intervened and became aggressive and gave them all death stares including the cashier. The manager then swiftly snatched the receipts from the cashiers hand in a very angry manner and gave them all a very bad attitude for no reason at all. The cashier looked upset about this and rightly so, as how dare another person feel they have the right to treat people that way. My daughter felt the need to apologise to the cashier as it wasn’t her fault she was only trying to help them. The managers is described as possibly Anna, female of Asian descent, about 5ft 7, long black/dark hair, very slim. I am seeking the complaints address/email for this company and the managers name? I am in the process of writing a complaint as my daughter and her friend were extremely upset. It ruined their day. Common courtesy and customer communication skills woudlnt go amiss.

One lady member of staff is rude every time I go in there, really got an attitude.

A miserable environment run by an angry white supremacist. Who shouts and barks at customers. A Very racist manager, who doesn't like black people. Probably psychopathic.

Great service. Fresh food. Wonder!
