poor response in telephone, most of the staff not friendly but few are good. Medication prescription service need to get better. Overall the surgery have to improve a lot.

This gp is rubbish. They don’t care about their patients so there’s no point going there. They are so useless. My mother has a torn ligament and these wastemans are not doing anything, they keep saying she’s on a “waiting list” which has been going on for over a year. These wastemans also made a new system where you have to book appointments online, which is quite inconvenient for those who don’t speak English or don’t know how to use a computer. I emailed them about this and they didn’t care. Save yourself and don’t go there :)
