My father has dementia and suffered a few strokes. Mr Khalid Patel, I'm not calling him doctor Khalid Patel as there is no way this man is a doctor. He must have got his qualifications from the internet. He finally came out to see my father as he was in dire need of palliative care as my dad was in so much pain. He promised faithfully 2 or 3 times when asked by us that he has referred my dad to the palliative care unit. Basically washed his hands of us. After a day and a half of pain for my father and us feeling absolutely helpless I called the palliative care unit myself. They had no record of my father and knew nothing of his distress. The palliative care unit even emailed the surgery to find out what the delay was. Even then the surgery did not respond. We tried calling the surgery without success. We had to physical go there for an update. After speaking to the receptionist it soon became apparent they had done absolutely nothing at all. No referral, no emails to palliative care unit or district nurse. The receptionist had absolutely no compassion or sympathy. To say her attitude stank would be putting it mildly. I wouldn't trust these people as far as I could throw them. I absolutely disgusting with them and can't believe they are still able to practice. I will make a complaint to medical council or whoever governs them. If it was possible to give this s**t hole a negative review I would. Pls pls pls do not use this medical service. I say medical service in the most loosest term possible. Again DISGUSTED.

While being abroad, I had a concern about my breast and I sent an email to my GP surgery to be referred to breast clinic quickly. By the time I was back to UK, all I had to wait for was one week to be seen at the breast clinic in King George hospital, where all the necessary investigation took place. I am grateful to Dr Patel Khaled for his prompt referral, and also who is always keen at returning my calls promptly and addressing my health concerns professionally and on time.

I am a long-term patient of this wonderful practice. Pre-COVID, every time I had visited the practice for an appointment, both the receptionists and the doctors that that had seen me, were professional, polite and very welcoming. Likewise, post-COVID, I have received the same courteous and professional service over the phone, with receptionists and doctors alike, in particular, from Dr. Khalid Patel and Dr. Adam Razack; and I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking to register with a GP.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from reception & drs. I’m a nurse myself & I have never heard such poor attitude & lack of empathy. AVOID THESE SCUM!!! Report to CQC & NHS ENGLAND

The doctor didn't give any advice how to cool down temperature of my baby she told me I should go home and read from the book by the time I come home the baby's body was burning from temperature the baby was craying deeply even she didknt give any paracetamol how I should know coch one is good for newborn. I'm in stressful they should closedown they clinic anyway they dodnt look after the petitions.
