felt very difficult to get connected via phone..... if we go directly receptionist might think we are there to disturb them. not kind enough to offer service

Impossible to get an appointment here. When I did get an appointment I was told to make another appointment as they can’t do referrals in an ‘emergency’ appointment slot. When I went out to make an appointment I was told the only way to make an appointment is phone at 10.00 ... I work full time for the nhs. Crazy... so I have signed on the Babylon online... at least I can get an appointment that suits me, from my mobile so I can be seen at home or at work and not attend an over crowded surgery

I attended this surgery to get a certificate for work after my mum passed away in October. I broke down in the reception area and was shown a great amount of kindness by the receptionist called Feriel. She took me aside and allowed me to compose myself before my appointment was called. This I am very grateful for. I was unable to write my feedback in the surgery at the time but made a note of her name to say thank you. Such a small gesture but at the time it meant alot to me.

Had an ongoing issue regarding my mother’s results that needed to be chased Was very happy with the service provide by receptionist mereen and Jane who were able to assist my mum and answer any questions as well as translate in Urdu. definitely recommend Speaking to orchards over the phone as it’s easier.
