This must br the worst Doctor's Surgery in the country.The telephone is only answered when the staff finish drinking ther tea and biscuits or when they can be bothered.Not very helpful and to be honest a complete waste of time.Register somewhere else if possible,if not God help you because this lot will not.

Awful place, do not register here, you may as well treat yourself at home. Never get through on the phone, I have stood in the queue and called them from my mobile and watched while they ignored the call! Doctors are rude and unhelpful and dare to question their opinions they tell you to leave!! Waited nearly 2 years to get a referral for my son. You have been warned.

When my elderly Dad of 95 needs an appointment I have to explain to him that it will take me a few days for anyone to pick up the phone to request it and if I'm lucky when I eventually get through I have to tell him that they can't see him until the next week or so, To which he replys, but you've already waited a few days just to make the appointment and he says he doesn't know when he's going to be ill in advance he just wishes he did, also when we've been over the surgery the receptionists just let the phone ring and ring and ignore it, surely out of the two of them sitting there one of them should be dealing with calls and the other one deal with the waiting patients. It's nor rocket science surely, I try to self medicate my Dad if I can so I don't have to face all the hassle, on a positive note the nurses there are easier to get an appointment with that's if you can get through to them that is.
