It's good but the store never has any delivery slots for people in the villages my mum has gone with out a delivery for 3 weeks straight

It's a frozen/chilled/packaged food supermarket, with a limited range of fresh stuff. If you're looking for specialty _anything_, or a wide variety of brands, this is not the place for you. If you're looking to fill a freezer with a bunch of frozen meals & ingredients, and not spend a fortune doing it? That's their thing; That's what they do.

Some of the staff are unbelievably rude. Twice now I've gone in there with stuff brought from other stores and got accused of stealing. The first time was actually food I'd brought from there 20 minutes before I went in there to get a few bits that had been forgotten. I lost the food I'd previously brought all cause I didnt have my repciet. The 2nd time I noticed the lady on the till actually looking in my bag on my shoulder then a few secs later asked me if they was from Iceland. I said no they was from the pound shop. She wanted my repciet witch I did not have for a poxy 1 pound pack of tissue. So she rung the be and wanted it check. I was only getting milk from Iceland so I stormed out. I usually do my weekly or fortnightly shop there I stopped after the first incident for a while cause of how uncomfortable I felt. Now after today I dont want to go there again. I'm so upset and angry right now. Customer services stinks in there and the lady on the till today was more than rude. Just a warning keep repciet for everything if you plan to go in there.

Great customer service but not a lot of variety. Didn't have a lot of what i looked for.
