Being with them a while now) very nice friendly staff, and the quality of service always to the level the customers expect) also with this awful covid virus they are very good in how they protect customers and staff with masks and hygiene)) this bank is a credit to how banks should be,, as take note other banks as u could learn something from lloyds as not all about make money it about customers needs and help them and the knowing your money is safe and so are the customers) had no proplem with them at all))) Thanks...

Had to fix a few things with a payment, which needed confirmation from hq. The member of staff was very helpful and made sure I was helped as soon as possible, making multiple calls to colleagues when things were not moving along quick enough.

Waited for an assistant to serve me for ages, even though two were talking to each other behind the counter. Not good.
