Great local pet store. Staff are very helpful and they gave a good variety of items for sale. We got some rats from them and they were very helpful in providing advice and suggestions products to start off with. Would recommend them!

I wanted to purchase a pet for my son. I went in store and was told to wait and return as there would be start up offers to buy the pet, cage food etc... as we arent allowed in store to view pets I was told to request images from the store on facebook messenger. Now that I have contacted them they are refusing to send images as they are too busy to take images and there is no offer. I find it very strange that they would be so dismissive, unhelpful and clear miscommunication with the staff. I will now no longer be able to purchase the pet in time to surprise my son for xmas. I will have to wait until after and go elsewhere who want my custom. Thanks for spoiling that Animal" not so fantastic". Edit/reply: The response is completely irrelevant and patronising. The circumstances dont account for being dismissed it the manner I had been. No questions regarding how or where the pet would be housed or taken care of were asked. A complete disinterest in helping was however very clear there was no I will get back to you until you saw a review go up. The pet is not just for Christmas so I do not care to be patronised. Rather then animaltastic taking responsibility for poor communication. Suddenly there is time to communicate when a negative review is shared and that is a real shame. It shows a real effort to be combative rather then the effort to truly get pets into a good home. As I said I will wait until after christmas as this is not a whim purchase (disgusting thing to say). I'm sure others will be more respectful and helpful.

On Thursday I got my mice from here and they are so tame and cute. I would recommend this place ten out of ten
