Lovely and inviting store to shop in. The products are laid out very well. Great range of products. The staff were fantastic, we were welcomed once we walked in, one of the staff gave out puppy a bone to try, our puppy loved it. She explained the benefit of the bone, took time to know our puppy and so did another staff member. Very impressed by the genuine attitude of the staff and their knowledge! Breath of fresh air to experience fantastic service! Thanks to the staff at St Albans store, we will be back 🙂👍

I adopted a rescue dog named Marley and stopped at Pets Corner St Albans on my way home from the shelter. The team invited Marley into the store. I was so nervous because I hadn’t had time to assess his behaviour etc but they were kind, patient and understanding. They made Marley feel so comfortable despite his nervous barking etc.... and made me feel comfortable as well!! They made Marley’s first shopping trip with me a good experience. Great advice on leads, collars, non pull harness and food/treats. I was so relieved to get everything sorted on my first visit. And the non pull harness works wonders, I highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be a regular customer. Thank you so much for the great help and support!

Impeccable Service Lovely bright, clean and spacious store with a great choice of quality products, but what really sets this store apart from others is the service levels from the team. They are lovely, and went above and beyond to help us with a harness for our Pup and other items even when they realised they didn't stock all we wanted. Clearly very knowledgable. It was a busy Sunday but did all they could to help. We'll be back, again and again. Thank you
