Closing down on FRIDAY, 18/09. They have already less than half of the server required for the most basic stuff, and the staff is in shambles
Very good branch and could be one of the best if the staff wasn't so racist and discriminative cause of the Uneducated Indians!!
How was Central London wouldn't be as it is.
Many times when I need something simple they making me leave in sec because: " Sir we can't do that have to be on a same page because is in the policy" and when I asked where is written on the HSBC policy they said we can't. I went to Central London HSBC Oxford Circus and they did it without any problems or delays simple cause in the que is only 1-2 foreigners and the rest Indians as most of the staffs are Indians and they help them quickly and effectively without making them leave.
If you are Indian that's the best branch for you if you are foreigner guys do not go you will lose your time.
Dont register at this bank. I went here 6 times with my mum to solve her issues with fraud but they didnt do anything. And when i went there to unblock my card after they said its all ok but it was still blocked. Bad service
cash counter employees are more knowledgeable than the person standing for guiding, or account opening. These 3 star are only because of cash counter employees and Cash ATM machines’s (inside) performance. ATM machine installed outside the bank gives problems. The cash deposit machine inside the bank always in problem. One more good think of this bank is the access lift for wheel chairs etc.
