At the door the lady came and ask us to put the mask to enter the bank and I was ready to put on mine even I am exempt but when i asked her to put on her mask she says that only customer have to do this and not them. As per my knowledge The UK Government didn't say that. Also for everyone's safety everybody should wear the masks.
Staff go the extra mile to ensure every customer's needs are served, they are always coming forward to assist if they realise you are unsure of what to do
It was a wonderful experience at Wembley central branch for me with the Lloyd's bank and the staff members were very supportive and mainly Ms. jhanvi Joshi was very helpful regarding all my queries about accounts and banking information I am really thankful for her.
This branch cut you off when you phone them and do not respond to emails sent by the central office people to contact customers. Appalling service
Been with lloyds 45 years go 4 or 5 times a year always good service always ask how I am always ask if there is any thing else they can help with
