Over the top smart workers, who seem to not like customers, shouldn't be on the corner of the road either this bank is located at a wrong spot, crossing the road to it from Primark its quite a task, as the customer's are standing outside the bank in the way of people getting across the road. So it's all tough all around really.
Good service, friendly, helpfull staff.
Waited in the queue to change the address for more than an hour while only one lady was available! Terrible ! Asked many times if there is any more people available as the queue was very long but was really just told that there will be someone coming... Not like it changed anything. Such a shame happy to be changing a branch.
I am always happy when i come to my local Barclays branch. Today i was attended to by Kalendu, he's ever so helpful and goes out of his way to resolve any issue i have. I highly commend & recommend him for a high post 😎. Thanks Barclays.
Just called the bank customer service -on a premium number ofcourse!! And they want me to call them back as they are facing a technical issue.
They do not have courtesy to take the number from customers and call them back even if it is a problem at their end!!
