Wanted to write about my experience with Ms Anita S. from Halifax Wembley Branch. The most unprofessional and rude staff member I have came across. However, I'm puzzled to notice that all the reviews are very low. It seems that nothing has chanced in the last 3-5 years. Majority of the reviews are mentioning the staff are rude and yet no one took any action. Not very smart for any business, especially considering today's situation. Well done Halifax Wembley, well done Halifax managers!
Absolutely useless branch they will not resolve my issue, I had two appointments to get the money out of a dead relatives account and still won't give the money out. They are useless they copy all my documents and it appears they have not done anything with them. I do not want to waste any more time with this useless branch. I want some compensation as my time is valuable

Staff was really rude to us and got hurt the way she was talking so closed the Halifax accounts the same time. Even after , she was screaming saying that I’m a liar, Branch manager could not handle the staff as well but she was atleast trying to calm her down. Will never recommend this bank to any one. Worst customer service ever
